They steal, I caught the driver breaking into my car. My cell phone is missing and They claim they don't have it. I've been calling daily. When I came outside to stop the driver he drove off quickly when by law they were supposed to stop. We called the police they never came. They charged me full price for the tow when I was supposed to pay half because I stopped the driver. There was no reason for him to be breaking into my car. The paper work on the receipt was incorrect they said I was in grass I was in my brothers drive way they had the house number wrong from where they towed it and my vin number

My vehicle was towed illegaly by them. My tag was expired and the police put a 24 hour sticker on my car at 9:00pm by 12:00am my car had been towed. I needed my car to get my tag renewed which I planned on doing this moring, but was shocked to find my car had allready been towed. A family member had to use her entire day driving me arround to get rescue my car for $150.00 which later had to be retruned to me due to the fact they had no right to take it in the first place. When I got my car the oil was leaking very bad. I took it to my mechanic who told me the motor mount had been broken. Most likely from my car being dropped from the tow truck!!!!!

Be careful they steal. They towed my car on Friday from my brothers community. when I was coming out to stop them the driver drove off without having my car properly strapped. We were waiving him down and chasing the car and he would not stop and by law they are supposed to. When we caught up to him outside the complex he was breaking into my car. We asked him to release my car but wouldn't. He then started to write up paper work on my car and strap it down. We were able to take my children's car seats out the car. He continued to tow it. When we got there we were waiting for police but they never came. When I got home I noticed my cellphome was missing I have been calling them daily trying to retrieve it. An employee said drivers don't go into cars but I seen first hand that's a lie. On my receipt from the tow. All my info was wrong the vin and the location they towed it from and they said I was parked in grass I was in my brothers drive way. Do not trust these people. Horrible service. I also looked up the law for towing they were supposed to charge me half for the tow because I stopped the driver and they still charged me full price. I plan to take further action.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! HIGHLY GREED BASED. ENJOY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY'RE DOWN. TAKE PLEASURE IN MAKING A PROHIBITIVE PROFIT FROM OTHER PEOPLE'S HARDSHIPS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. I KNOW SOMEONE WHO BEGGED THEM TO WORK WITH THEM, BUT THEY LAUGHED AT THEM AND OBVIOUSLY AT THEIR HARDSHIP. THEY FOUND IT TO BE AMUSING. LITERALLY A TRAUMATIC, DEMEANING, DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THEM. I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE IT ONE STAR. THEY SHOULD OFFER A MINUS CATEGORY. THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS IS INEXCUSABLE. NO WONDER THOSE GUYS HAVE ALL THE NEWER BIGGER TRUCKS ON THE ROAD!!!! IT'S CALLED GLUTTONY, VORACITY, GREED.
