Richard Nicholson Restoration & Painting

This contractor under bids to get the job, then keeps demanding more money to finish the job. He started the work over 21 months ago and still has not finished. The last time I called him he told me I did not pay him for the unfinished work. I paid him in full over a year ago. Shame on me. I'm going to have to finish the work myself. :(
