Cool Window Tinting

I did not have an issue with Michael not giving a quote over the phone. That gave me a chance to see what others have said about the neatness of his shop. I also appreciate that it is not three or four bays with cars coming and going while your tint is being applied. In my opinion Michael is a craftsman who is proud of his work and does everything in his power to make sure his work is perfect and that you are happy with it. I am very happy with the job Michael did on my new Acura TL. You may get it done cheaper, but I don’t think you will get it done better or with more care.

My husband and I have had many vehicles tinted throughout the years in several different states but we have NEVER had the service and end-product like we did with Mike. From the moment our vehicles (2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and 2012 Dodge Charger R/T) entered his amazing work-area to the moment they hit the streets again, they were in extremely capable hands. Mike is very professional, his tinting talent cannot be beat, and you will leave there completely satisfied. I wish there were a way to give 10 stars. We will recommend Mike to every new car buyer we know for tinting.

Mike went out of his way to go to the shop after hours and get my car done for the next day. Windows turned out awesome. Best tint I've ever seen.

I called the business on 08/25/10 to inquire about their services. I simply asked if they match competitor prices, and the employee immediately got defensive and stated that "his business does the highest quality work and no one else can compare." Because of the employee's hostile nature, I thanked him for his time and proceeded to get off of the phone. As I did this, I was interrupted by the employee who specifically said, "You aren't even letting me talk...why don't you let me talk?" He continued to maliciously state that "he was the best in the area and how dare I go somewhere else for tinting services." The employee then said that "if I was not going to let him talk, (which it was impossible for me to do so because he would not let me get a word in edge wise) then he didn't want to tint my car anyways." The male on the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have never felt so disrespected by a business in my life until I spoke with this employee. He was very argumentative and defensive. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and feel that this was the worst customer service that I have ever received.The business needs to treat it's consumers with respect and "earn" their business. They need to improve on their customer service and drop the cocky, rude, and hostile attitude.
