I wish I could give you zero on this review! After today my husband and I will NEVER be coming here for our oil change, only reason we did was for the included car wash which is usually poorly done but we never complained because well, it was free. Today on the other hand they said the wash was out of order for construction but we still decided on doing the oil change, about half way through they came and told us they couldn't change the filter but still changed the oil... okay?.... we paid and went on our way to our mechanic for the filter only to realize we were charged at Chevron for the filter as well (whatever, a few bucks lost) Our mechanic did our filter, checked everything that they didn't then said they didn't believe we just got our oil changed as we sat right there and saw DIRTY, THICK, BLACK, OLD OIL come from our car. Did you guys at Chevron even change it after charging us for it and the filter!?!?!. Your "service" is low and you should be ashamed
