I spoke with Thomas Kuper the night before going to Lancaster Honda after having a bad experience with Barber Honda and he promised I would be happy if we drove over and he was as good as his word had the car I was looking for ready and waiting. I would definitely recommend this dealer and would go there again myself.

My van was completely disabled with my four little kids in the middle of a busy intersection...once we were able to get it towed to Honda, everything went so smooth.customer service was awesome. Monica Cano was the rep that helped me with everything. She arranged to have my vehicle dropped off at my house two days later after it was done with all the repairs. She made it so much easier on me so I wouldn't have to take my kids out to pick up my vehicle. Very understanding and she helped me out at a time when I was so stressed out. I didn't even have to go in, everything was arranged by phone. Thanks Monica!!! Thanks Honda Lancaster

I want to thank to Erick Pacheco, Honda sales representative who was able to answer all our questions and concerns about to buy 2 cars (one for my husband and one for me), he gave us option for a lease to buy with a low monthly rate and options at the end of the term, it was very convenient option. He was polite and he did not pressure us to get the sale. He tooks a plenty of time to show us the vehicles, giving us details of each car. Erick Pacheco is an awesome sales person and we would recommend him to everybody!! He is very friendly, he knows the business of selling and he is bilingual, he speaks English-Spanish, great! Thanks Erick it was pleasure to know you and do business with Honda.

We went to Honda with the intention of purchasing a used car. Erik Pacheco approached us and showed us the used car inventory. He gave us a few details and started telling us about different options. He told us about the option for a lease to buy. This allowed us to purchase a new car for a low monthly rate and options at the end of the term. This was very helpful since it definitely accommodated is much better. Thank you Erick for your great service.

We just bought a brand new Honda Accord on Septemebr 3rd. It was such a great experience and completely hassle free all thanks to Nathan Houston. We started the sell over the phone. Nate took all our information and went above and beyond what we could have asked for in getting us the best deal that we were comfortable with. He wasn't pushy or tried to just get the sale. He actually cared about what we cared about in a car and what we were comfortable with paying for it. When we got to the Honda dealership to finish the sale, Nate was even more great! He made sure we were comfortable and offered us drinks, including our kids! He let us check out the car and take it for a test drive and answered any questions we had. He went over all the paperwork as much as we needed to fully understand everything about the sale. It was such an easy purchase. There was no hassle. Nate did such a wonderful job. We were at the dealership for only 2 hours before we drove off in our new car and that was because Nate did all of the foot work before we got there. We literally just had to sign papers and that was it! Nate is an awesome sales person and I would recommend him to anyone!!

I had the opportunity to purchase a Honda Pilot from Lancaster Honda. My experience was more then excellent and I give all the praise to Tony Crispin for his professionalism and his freindly demeanor. I will go back to him for all my new vehicle purchases.

I brought my car into Honda for an oil change and David Boyle was who helped me. As I pulled into the service area, he came right out and greeted me with a friendly smile and introduced himself. I left my car there since I wasn't in any hurry and it was finished a lot sooner than I expected. I did have something that needed to be fixed, which he had called and talked to me about and kept me informed on when the part would arrive and how long it would take to finish. I am very pleased to have David as my service advisor.

My Service Rep was amazing!! She was very professional and patient with me. She answered all of my questions with confidence and assurance. Even though i was 20 mins late to my service appointment, i was not turned away or rescheduled. Stacia Delaney was very friendly and helpful. She even offered to have a courtesy shuttle take me home. I had such a pleasant experience at Lancaster Honda. Thx Stacia Delaney!

The daylight on my HONDA went out. I went to HONDA Lancaster to schedule an appointment to get it replace. I was not expecting same day service but Jim Monroe went to check stock and they had one, without a service appointment he got my daylight fixed same day. Awesome service!

I was greeted upon my 11 am arrival, on July 7, 2017, by a nice man who told me that my Service Advisor would be Benjamin Lopez. Mr. Lopez listened to my two concerns that I had for my 2016 Honda Odyssey. He told me that it would be taken care of and asked if I wanted to wait or did I have some shopping to do. I wanted to go to COSTCO nearby and he contacted Maria who took me there in a courtesy van. When I was done shopping I contacted Mr. Lopez and the courtesy van picked me up within 10 minutes and returned me to the Honda Service Center. Parts had to be ordered for my van and Mr. Lopez will call me when they arrive and schedule another appointment for me. All and all it was a pleasant experience and I also got some shopping done!

best car sales experience of my life

Meghan is an excellant sales person, informative but never pushy. I went in with a preapproved loan and Noe in financing was able to get me a way better loan. All of the various managers introduced themselves and welcomed me to the Lancaster Honda family. They were quick, efficient and had great coffee. I usually hate buying a car but this experience was great!!
