This is the worst tree service I've ever used. They brought very heavy equipment (crane and trucks) without warning or my consent into my backyard accessing through front yard and ruined both my front and back yards causing very bad drainage problems on my property even to the extent of water getting into my basement. They did this when the ground was saturated from snowfalls. They said they would come back and repair the damage, but never did even after many phone calls. The woman who answered the phone said they would return but she didn't know when. Now that I know it's a woman owned business, even though she said she was the receptionist, she was probably the owner, who took no responsibility. What ever you do NEVER use this company the owner is not credible and definitely not honest.
