I was able to schedule my appointment at a convenient time for me. In addition all items I requested to be looked at were addressed. Items needing my attention in the future were professionally explained to me and no pressure was put on me to have these things taken care of immediately. I appreciate the honestly and professionalism I encounter every time I bring my vehicle in for service. I will return for service in the near future.

If you want an honest mechanic you can trust, go to Village Auto. They have worked on several of my vehicles and always done a great job! The employees are held to a high standard and that is what makes this shop so good. Very professional. Saves you money over the dealerships. Honest- tell you when you really need a service done and when you don't. Have your safety at the forefront of their minds. Try out this shop- you will be glad you did!

I've been holding off on a review until I was absolutely sure of what I am writing.

I had my car in several months ago for a check engine light. After diagnosing the engine light, they told me I needed a new mass air flow sensor and it would cost $700. I opted to hold of on the repair since the car was still running ok. I ended up taking it somewhere else for inspection about a month later and figured I'd have them take a look as a second opinion (I didn't say anything about the Village Auto quote). The other shop told me something completely different. Yes, they gave me the same error code as Village Auto but they told me it was due to a PCV hose that was so worn and degraded that it was basically falling apart (they showed it to me and it was just about in 2 pieces; not sure how Village missed it). $76 later, no check engine light and the car is running great for over 4 months. Had I went with Village Auto, I would be down $700 and still have my check engine light to worry about. Be careful what they tell you here; you may want to get a second opinion

The people at Village are awesome. It is great to have such honest auto mechanics working on my car. My car is always done on time and they give me a free loaner car each time I am in for service. I have been using them for over 20 years and tell all my friends to use them.
