Called Mr. Salazar at 630am and my A/C was fixed by 10am. Fair price, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

I call Mr. Ramiro Salazar for an estimate because my a/c wasn't working properly he told me he had no technician available at that time he said he will call back in a few minutes, which he did he ask for my address and went by and he fix it within an hour and a half from my initial call...excellent job! I called Ramiro at 10:00 PM when my a/c went out. He answered the phone and sent a technician to check my a/c the next day. My A/C coil and blower were extremely dirty. The tech (Mark) arrived and explained everything to me and cleaned the system. My A/C has cold air again. I highly recommend Pro Service!

I called Mr. Ramiro as an emergency call at 2a.m. on a holiday weekend with the heat index at 96° ! He texted me back and promised to be here the following morning @ 8 a.m.!! Talk about great service!! GOD BLESS YOU SIR!!!

Called Ramiro on a Saturday, told him what was wrong with my AC unit. He explained possible problems and responded within 45 min. He arrived an check the unit out and quickly fixed the problem. Now I have my AC unit working again. Thanks to Ramiro.

Had a problem with my a/c unit at my home. Ramiro's business was the first one on the list. He was at my home in less then 30 min. Problem with unit got resolved in less than 1 hr. Pro Service was excellent. I called on a Saturday at 4:00 pm and Mr. Ramiro Salazar, Jr. was there within 30 minutes. He was efficient, courteous, and had very reasonable prices. My air condition was fixed immediately. I am very satisfied and will definitely use this service again. I recommend this service company highly.

We sincerely recommed Pro Service. Mr. Ramiro Salazar not only returned our call in a timely manner but he accommodated our schedule and showed up right on time! We have rarely had this experience with any type of home service repair people. And just as important, he explained the problem; he and his assistant fixed it and the price was reasonale. Before Pro Service, we contacted at least 3 AC companies. Left messages with two. No return call. One said yes they would call back to schedule a date for an estimate. We had to call them and they said they had "a lot of work." Needless to say, we crossed them off our list and luckily found Pro Service and Mr. Salazar next in the phone book. BTW, he went on a Saturday with no additional cost for weekend service!
