Mike T. Was our service tech. On 6/22/2016 I want to start off by saying we have had our share of service techs not only was MIKE T respectful and professional he took his time he listened to what my wife had to say and his expertise to determine our problem. He is one of those rare techs that went above n beyond his call of duty he dotted all his i's and crossed his t's (that's an expression) I am basically saying you should considered yourself lucky to have such a hard working devoted employee

They charged me 100 $ to tell me what I already knew. I needed a new latch for my dishwasher. When I called for service I told them my latch was broken. They had the model number and serial number of my unit but they did not bring the broken part. Instead they told me they would have to order the part. They came back and put the latch in 5 minutes and charged 103 $ more. It took 3 wk. for awful service. Joel Gleason

Very spiteful group of people, unprofessional in every since of the word.

Our built in microwave quit on us and we were told by Jen-air it would be difficult to impossible to fix, Ken came out and removed it from the built-in and had it repaired in less than an hour. Great job by Ken and a reasonable billing. I'll definitely use them for any future appliance repairs in the future. Thanks Ken. TDR
