I took my newborn for a hearing screening and after this one visit I would never return to the services of this audiologist. It took him 45 minutes to operate his faulty, out-dated screening equipment. Dr. Ivey did not care to gently handle my newborn and instead ripped off tape, many times, from her head; he placed medical equipment on a dirty floor; and did not clean items that were placed in her ear. I would not make an appointment with this office and instead travel any distance to another audiologist!!!!
