        Overall

        My friend went today and explained that her child needed a minute to decide what they were going to order. She and her child were repeatedly requested to hurry with their order. She told the person there was no one behind them. The person began yelling at her. She ended up going to a different location due to the lack of customer service.

        Food is really good. My service has been pleasant, however I have seen a woman there be really rude to an older lady. She did not even attempt to help the woman, when based on what I heard it was New Panda's fault. I did not leave a tip that day because I was so disgusted with the service that old lady received.
