Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I absolutely love coming here. The staff is so kind and helpful. The wait is minimum and the cars are super clean!

The staff at this office go to great lengths to provide good service. I have rented from them several times and it has been a good experience every time! I will call them every time I need a car.

Extremely disappointed with this branch of enterprise. They gave me a car with bad brakes, had to call for road side assistance when i finally got to Cleveland, road side assistance made it worse by replacing a car with a mini van, my previous car had a full tank, went to a local branch in Cleveland to change mini van to a car after being on the phone with customer service the whole day and being sent to non existent branch, finally got another car the next day, was charged $40 extra for gas even when i had a full tank on previous car. Worst car rental experience i ever had, regretted not using my own car.
