FOOD IS VERY GOOD .VERY NICE

Customer Service is VERY UNPLEASANT to say the least-whereby making the food not much appetizing. When I asked one of the workers taking my order "how she was doing" she responded with "what's your order?"-not a smile, nor an appreciation that a customer was in front of her, but seem rather irritated by my presence. When I asked to speak with a manager because the negative vibe I was receiving from her was quite disturbing she said the manager wasn't there and didn't know when the manager will come by-which I thought was odd. Knowing the value of customer service, I left feeling unappreciated. I also experienced the same rudeness over the phone on another occasion.
