Los Compadres Body Shop

Los Compadre's Auto Body may be the best place I have gotten my car done at. I was told my car would be done at 6pm and I came early and it was ready apon my arrival! I noticed the large amount of cars that were there and, only one man working who was so polite and still took my car even though he was over loaded with cars! This Auto Body place has the best costumer service! I felt comfortable and not rushed into anything! I have never had to leave my car somewhere that long so I was nervous, but the owner made me feel more then confident that the job would be done correctly! I even got there with my lights buffed, making it look brand spankin new!

Los Compadres Body Shop is probably the worst business is Lawrence in the entire Lawrence area. Poor customer service, a bunch of drunks drinking while working on client's cars. I wouldn't take my car there, if there were the last shop in the world; I wouldn't encourage any one else to go there.

I once brought in my Saab 9-3 to get the hood and the passenger front fender painted; I was told to pick up the car the 8:00 PM, the same day. The then called me, and told me the car won't be ready until 10:00 PM. When I arrived to pick up my car a 10:00 PM; not only the car wasn't ready, they were drinking while working on my car. Their excuse for my car not being ready, is that, the guy applied the clear coat before painting my car. I was told to come back the next day at 3:00 PM. When I showed up the paint wast still wet. My car which never before had any starting issues just wouldn't start. They showed no concern, and they were rushing me out of there. I told them I'm leaving, and when I come back my car better starts; they told me, we need the space for other cars; so, you need to get your sh**t out of here; or, we'll push it out into the yard.

In conclusion, I felt hustled because I paid them before the job was done. Therefore, I was used as a cash machine. A man knows his car; therefore, I also believe the reason my Saab wouldn't start is because, a working part of my car was swapped for a non-working part.
