I had AR paint and pressure wash my house. I also had them remove my old sliding glass doors and replace it with some really nice French doors that they picked out for me. They also fixed a couple of recurring wood problems using PVC board. They did an excellent job on everything. I would recommend them to my friends.

AR general contractors put up wall boards in my kitchen area and painted them. The final product was beautiful. They were on time, worked steadily, and completed their work ahead of schedule! I will use Adrian for future work at my home.

Adrian explained what was needed to restore the exterior of my house, sent me an estimate and after having a few other estimates, I decided to go with AR General Contracting.



His crew was professional and courteous and I am very pleased with the work that was performed. They replaced deteriorated siding and trim, parts of the soffit, and did a great job replacing the lower panels in the garage door. They also installed new gutters. The painting of the siding, trim and porch is perfect. They also painted the chimney cap. My house looks new again!

After reading the online review regarding AR Construction, I decided to contact them regarding a complicated siding issue. Adrian worked with my agent and me for two weeks without any commitments. Finally, I was able to give him the job. Needless to say that he did an excellent job. After my first experience, I decided to use them for a paint job. Again, they did an excellent job. I am planning to use them for a large project in the next few months. I highly recommend them.

I had AR General Contracting replace a large section of damaged roof, and perform a roof tuneup. They scheduled to be there ahead of a known thunderstorm, and performed everything they said they would. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thanks Adrian and team.

A.R. General Contracting has done work for me twice this year.

First they inspected my roof and discovered that there were leaks around the furnace exhausts, plumbing vents and attic fans. Adrian confirmed and showed me what I expected, that the seals had deteriorated from being exposed to the weather. We scheduled the work and the crew showed up as scheduled for the repairs. The young man that did the work explained everything that he did; he even went the extra mile to clean the valleys on my roof of leaves and pine needles. The price was as quoted with no surprises.

The next job was exterior painting of my home. This crew pressure washed, sanded and primed the areas that needed extra attention. Adrian confirmed the paint colors with the gallons that were needed. Each day his crew left, they made sure the yard was clean and in order. One day I had to go into the office and did not think twice about leaving my home unlocked and open with the crew. Adrian did a final walk thru with his crew and with me. I am totally impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. A.R. Contracting is the company that I will use for future home improvement needs and general repairs around my home. This is an “A” class company that delivers on what they promise and takes pride in satisfying their customers.

We were very happy with the new roof the AR General Contracting team completed for our home. Adrian was very professional and always on time in meeting with us and the insurance adjuster. He uses quality materials and carefully showed us the repairs to be completed. His team started when they were scheduled and completed the work quickly in very cold weather. Clean up was spotless around the property after a very messy removal of the old roof. We are planning to use Adrian and his team again very soon to complete some other repairs to the home.

A & R Contracting replaced the roof, siding, and upstairs windows on my house. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and, most impressively, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. In our case, replacing the roof on over the deck inadvertently damaged the ceiling underneath. When we pointed out the problem, they immediately began fixing it that day, without any hassle. The end result was perfect. A & R Contracting is at the top of my list for future projects and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy contractor.

This contractor replaced my roof 3 weeks ago because it was leaking, and they did a great job!! The entire project only took one day. After they finished, they cleaned up very well, and i would recommend this company. they have good communications with their customers. They also painted the inside of my house, and it was also done well.

As a builder and developer I have used many contractors over the last 35 years but found Adrian and his crews to be the best. I have used AR General Contracting for two major projects: a complete siding replacement/painting, and a complete roof replacement. Both jobs were done in a very professional manner. As with any large job, there are always unexpected items that come up. In my case, we discovered that the chimney structure was rotted out behind the old siding, and the entire structure had to be rebuild from the joists up. Adrian and his team not only did the extra workout without delay, but they also did so at an extremely fair price.

AR General Contracting installed a new roof and painted our house in the first half of 2010. The claims process with our insurance company for the roof was seamless, thanks in part to the coordination of AR with the company. The owner does an excellent job prior to the start of the job in assessing the needs and laying out an accurate & detailed estimate. He supervises his team who are very professional and hardworking. Finally, care is taken to make sure that corners are not cut and the job is done to the high standards of the owner. We are very happy with the work, and AR will be our contractor from now on.
