Lowes sent this company to my house because I bought my washer and dryer from them. He was in my house for 5 minutes then gave me false information about my dryer. Got loud with me in my home when I asked questions about the information he was giving me. Then tell me I’m not the professional. Told me my dryer was not working due to dust stopping sensors from working. He also did not come prepared to work he only really want to collect the $75 diagnostic fee so if you get the repair done or not he’s made $75 off of 5minute of false information and on to the next client.
He tried to charge me $500 for a dryer repair and made up prices. He became combative going back and forth with me. PLEASE GO TO THE BBB SITE AND GOOGLE other sites they have many complaints.... THE BIGGEST LIARS around BEST DEALS SHOULD NOT BE THEIR NAME BUR FRAUD IS THEIR GAME!!!

Lowe's Service Advantage contracted with this man (Ramon) to come to our house and service our dryer under warranty. Without even opening up the dryer he exclaims that he will need to receive $180 from my wife in order to clean the unit before servicing it. She was desperate since clothes had been backing up for several days. It was obvious he was trying to take advantage of a mother with three children. Luckily I overheard the entire conversation from the next room over. He did not realize I was there. When I confronted him he mumbled something and made a beeline for the door. I asked him what his name was and he refused to tell me (later I found it in a voicemail). I asked him who he worked for. He would not tell me that either. He knew he had been caught red handed. This guy is a liar, crook, and thief. A predator. Based on others reviews I've found all over internet I see we are not the only people he attempted to defraud.
