Front desk and nurses are unprofessional. Getting meds wrong, no follow up phone calls. Would recommend going elsewhere for quality service. Physicians are great but service is terrible!!

Very bad attitude and rude customer service,need to learn how to answer and talk to the patients.VERY VERY unprofessional.Most the physician are nice and professional but not the front desk! I just want to be treat as PATIENT answer our questions nicely..I'm worried about my test result and she just make that as no big deal at all!

If I could give less than one star, I would. It took them over a month to get a prior authorization, took weeks to get a prescription (which was called in for the wrong quantity), and the office manager is rude and neglected to return any phone calls regarding the issues. Also, the waiting area was hot which is not good for sick people. Germs multiply fast in the heat. I would recommend going elsewhere for proper patient care.
