MoJazz Hair Salon

Madera is horrible! I made an appointment at her salon, never been there. I had to change the appointment several times because first, I had no one to keep my 2 year old. Second, I had to move out of my apartment. So I changed my appointment and left a message saying I was intending to reschedule because I did not see a place on her manage appointments page that allows you to reschedule. I receive several text messages from her saying to call her. I call her back immediately and she spends 4 minutes and 33 seconds on the phone telling me how I didn't properly call to cancel my appointments, how valuable her time is, about people making bogus appointments and about how she should charge me a $25 fee but she's not going to this time. I sat there while this woman felt the need to scold me like a child and treat me like I was stupid directing me to places on her website, for not calling to cancel an appointment when I left a message on her website saying it was my intention to reschedule my appointment. It was incredibly unprofessional to call a potential client and go off on them on the phone and even though I apologized repeatedly, that was not good enough. She continued to talk about how I should have seen how to properly cancel an appointment and how she is losing money if someone does not show up. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional and unnecessary. I don't know how she does hair, but I know she is very disrespectful and again, I apologized multiple times on the phone for not properly rescheduling appointments according to her. Very bad businesswoman.

First visit and not only was Trenessa smile from the website friendly,but her personality matched the photo.She's honest, and welcoming. My hair has breakage and damage from wearing extensions too long. Trenessa was very informative about what to do to achieve healthy hair. The location was great everyone in the salon was professional. I will be returning.

It was my first time going to MoJazz salon and Trenessa was my stylist. I've been looking for a natural hair stylist with decent prices and I found one! For a Saturday, I was in and out in 2.5 hours and I enjoyed the atmosphere. She recommended products for myself and my daughter. I will be back!

Great salon, professional atmosphere. My stylist is Trenessa, she does a great job with my hair. I've had some breakage and shedding going on and she is working to get my hair back on track!
