Service King

I had my car serviced by Service King (Lawrenceville) to replace the bumper and grill. They were referred to me by my Allstate insurance. They replaced my bumper, using the WRONG size clips (this was confirmed by another Service King location) to hold my bumper on my car. I became aware of this when my bumper detached from my car while driving, creating a hazard to my life and those around me in Atlanta, on the interstate. During this same repair visit, they entered my vehicle, sprayed something in the driver’s seat which splattered on the acrylic glass in front of the speedometer. Whatever the substance was corroded the acrylic glass. They damaged my brand new car and are refusing to do anything for me (this will be a $700 repair for me to pay). If you do not want to potentially risk a hazard to yourself and additional damage to your vehicle I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this company and maybe consider a different insurance provider other than Allstate.
