The Spa Hhh

I'd give this place a negative star if I could. I made an appointment for a massage and reflexology through a groupon I purchased, and they called me an hour before my appointment and left a voicemail that they only found out the previous day that they did not have a license to practice massage so they were willing to reschedule when they got the license a few days later and asked me to return the call.

1. They ve been practicing for over a year w/out a license??? (very shady)

2. If they realized it the previous day why couldnt they have called me then and informed rather than waiting until an hour before ?

So when I return the call almost immediately, they don't answer the call. So I went ahead and cancelled the groupon. They call me back after an hour or two and slam the phone on me when I told them I cancelled the groupon because of their professionalism. So think again before you choose to utilize their services.
