Listen to me with both ears!!!!!do not buy a car from US Auto Sales. Its possible your credit is challenged however you will not deserve the treatment recieved form this company. They are a scam ..if you find yourself in despite need of a car without many options still walk from them cause it will always lead to a nightmare from the day of purchase. Do not buy a extended warranty cause it only cover the engine and if you have a used old car is it worth it > The service dept. will charge a diagnostic test of $64.95 dont pay go to American Service Station(with many locations) and they will ook at the car for free and provide a courtesy car too....I went to US Auto Sales with a car I bought 3 months ago and had a test gone for a problem that could be determined under the hood..My advise from the mechanics today diagnostic is for electrical problems.Those ****** knew it was not electrical no lights were on. I asked for the price of the part and they danced with ****** answers. $387.00 for the part..ok? Called to other places while outside Pep Boys said $101.00 ...US Auto got some of my money but never a repair cost again....Honestly goes along way..these*** would think they want the money to stay with them....So dont give them ******* a dime and if you already brought a car go somewhere else cause you can get a determination of your problem free....and a courtnesy car too...FYI everyone in the service lobby bought thier car within 3 months on less...Oh I TAPED they service manger telling that within 3months of purchase I created my problems and that is not possible I took my car to a mechanic which provided in writting the problems had to be existing when car was purchased..Runnnnn

Worst dealer ever! Don't waste your time. The people there are rude.. I bought a car there a week ago and 2 days later it started making a noise took it to a shop and they told me transmission , axle and clutch was worn out .. We are talking about almost 6gs of repair on a used car. Their contract says they cover transmission but, when i took it back the service depart said that the noise is normal for the that car.. Complete b's they don't want to be responsible and before you buy there look on Kelly blue book.com for the value of the car you are trying to buy.. I didn't check and they put 4,000 dollars above the value of the car.. I got ripped off real bad.. Don't waste your time people!

They are very DISHONEST clowns, the service department is a JOKE! Dont know where threy got there service technicians from?? The Service Manager is RUDE (Mike Taylor). The cars are TERRIBLE! They sell cars without servicing them, and have several transmissions issues. You have to keep making several trips and nothing gets fixed!!!

STAY AWAY FROM US AUTO SALES INC. There are way better BHPH lots. Try Cobb Parkway!



THEY SELL WATER DAMAGED CARS!!

This place is the "biggest buy here pay here" place in GA because they are ripping people off left and right. These guys tried to charge me $19,000 for a $7,000 car. They also tried to trick me into paying them to take my old car... and call it a "trade-in."



I don't think I really need to say anything else.
