PC Laptops

My daughter computer was not working right a few months ago and she took it to the slc store for repair. After keeping it for quite a while, they returned it to her still not working properly. She needed it for school so she was unable to take it back at that time. After semester ended she took it to the Layton store to have it repaired again. Johnny and the team at the Layton store were amazing to work with. The warranty had expired since her prior repair, but because the repair was not done properly at the slc store they chose to honor the warranty and replaced her defective hard drive at no cost. They also added some extra items to make up for the bad service she had redirected at the other store, which let us know they appreciated our business.

I would recommend the store and staff for all your computer needs. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and obviously care about providing the best service and product for their customers.

Johnny and Fox "fixed" my email problem!!!!!! They were persistent and followed through. No one else could figure it out, Microsoft online was useless and another computer repair store. I have now found a new computer store to give my business to.

Outstanding service and a superior staff. Classy company that meets or beats deadlines. If it's not right it will be and if it's broken they'll fix it.

I found the sales staff at PC Laptops to be very helpful, after multiple visits without purchasing anything. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out if the price difference could possibly be worth it. A "similar" machine at Best Buy seemed like the cheaper option. However after years of buying those machines I ultimately decided to give PC Laptops a try.



Amazed is the word for it, I found the staff to be extremely thorough. Refusing to give me my new machine because one of their tests performed a few percentage points below normal. I had to wait an extra day, but so what I ended up with this amazing machine.



I am no ordinary user, I have worked in this field for a very long time. PC Laptops support, focus on quality, and absolute determination to have the best PC's on the planet are what make them worth every penny. I recently purchased a laptop for my wife and a second machine to run my Media Center. I wouldn't buy from anyone else at this point.

With excellent service and a very knowledgable staff i highly recomend PC laptops. My old hard drive was installed in a caddy and well explained on what i needed to do and where to find my imformation. from my old dead laptop i saved all my pictures and music that was saved on it. thank you Dan the laptop man you guys rock.

I own a "Totally Awesome" computer, which went out of business a few years ago. I was having malware issues and my computer was getting slow and acting up. I posted something to that effect on my facebook page and received a message from Dan at PC Laptops. He told me if I gave him my number he would have his guys at the Layton office call me and arrange to scan my computer for FREE. I explained that I had some issues that prevented me from being without my PC for very long. His guys from Layton called and I dropped my PC off the next day. They took the time to explain the problem, give the solution, and help me with options that would prevent this from happening again in the future. They had my computer in and out within about 24 hours. Fast, friendly service and a genuine staff make this the ONLY place I will ever go with my computer issues...or, for that matter, when it comes to buying a new computer.
