        In '92, Preston Cox, Manager, and Michael Stevenson, Partner, started Perennial Favorites' a small wholesale production of one gallon perennials behind Preston's home. Located at 257 South 3200 West, Layton, Utah, it is now the home to 5 acres of outside production area, 35, 000 square feet of greenhouse space and 5, 000 square feet of office, warehouse and production facilities. Perennial Favorites has twenty full-time employees, hiring fifteen more during peak season. What started with a few varieties of one gallon perennials, Perennial Favorites has expanded to grow and sell over a thousand varieties of perennials, combination hanging baskets and patio containers, 275 varieties of vegetatively propagated annuals, 47 varieties of annual and perennial grasses, 59 varieties of shrubs and 108 varieties of native plants.
