Suprisingly rude customer service. I switched clinics years ago because of the way we were treated and was sadly reminded of the bad service when we had to have our dog euthenized at this office. I really don"t know if it's possible to be treated more poorly than we were treated here. If you want to take the terrible experience of losing a pet and make it worse, I would go here.

Overall
They just want your money...

...not what's best for you and your pet. I had a cat that I took there who was dying from a blood parasite. They kept suggesting we do things for my cat, run tests... a bunch of stuff that wasn't going to save him. When I asked if it would save him the Doc just kept saying, "I can see he is hanging in there, he still has a lot of fight left." I spent over $500 to end up with my cat dying. My sister in law had a similar situation where she spent $500 to have her cat die. It isn't their fault our cats died (I don't want it to seem like that is what I am saying) but I have been to other vets where they tell you what would be best for you, your pet, and financially. This vet office is not one of them. I have also token my healthy cats here many times before and they require so many tests that cost a fortune. I much rather perfer the Lebanon Animal Clinic.
