Ddd Appliance Service

Horrible service, they have no idea what customer service is! This must be some small mom and pop business that clearly needs to take a course on the power of customer service. STAY AWAY!

They need zero stars. Worst company every. We had 3 different techs come out with 3 different opinions of the problem and the answer was always..waiting on parts. They wouldn't show up for appointments, they would lie about coming to your house and claim you were not home. The warranty company got so frustrated they finally refunded money for our refrigerator. Awful Awful company.

Have had several appts and no one has showed up and now we can not get anyone on the phone, just a recording, still don't have a working refrigerator after the few times they show up!

Made an appointment with DDD and they did not call or show.. When I tried to call to back they had on recording.. BIG FAT 0...
