Doans Auto Glass

I went to Doan Auto Glass to get my back windshield replaced and they were very helpful and really quick getting the window shipped to them and came out asap. They also have fair prices compared to the competitors. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family If they have any window problems. They're very professional and kind hearted people.

Needed a windshield for my motorhome. Made arrangements with insurance company 5-6 weeks in advance. Talked to them once after I got to my new destination and nothing for two weeks. Voice mail was full but finally made a date a week away but never showed up or called and never heard from them again. Left messages to no avail. Leaving the area to new park. How does one stay in business that way?

They lied to me about meeting on a Sunday, then the lady that works there don't have a clue about anything that is going on, they say their policy is "no leaks guaranteed" that's a lie. My whole entire rubber flew off going down the road, then they would even come down to fix it. I would rather wait a week to get something fixed before EVER going back to them. Customer service SUCKED also, they don't care about their customers as long as they got their money!

Picture is what happened driving down the road while my child was in the car, and it was pouring down rain, so my floor got soaked!!

They're very accommodating (got in right away), great job & 1/2 the price of the big name brands. I will return if I need their services again.
