This shop has earned my money well. They located two Weatherby rifles in 7mm-08 with sequential serial numbers for my twin boys and I couldn’t be happier! It took a little time but they pulled it off. I was on the waiting list for the Sig P365 for a couple months and when it showed up the price was well below MSRP, while other places were price gouging because they could. Not too sure about the other bad reviews, maybe they just weren’t holding their mouth right. This will be the only place I shop from now on!

I have been trying to get a holster for about 3 weeks now. Got a call today saying they might have ordered the wrong one and it would be another week. The past few times I have called to ask about the holster / order, the staff is rude and short with me. Told them to forget about my order, I would go somewhere else. First and last experience with this store.

Steer clear. This place will say anything to get your money then leave you high and dry if you have a problem. I feel I was outright cheated and lied to. The price was even higher than other Kansas City gun shops but I wanted to give a local shop a try. Fool me once.

I travel over thirty minutes to go to this gun store passing by many others! They are great with customers and the employees are truly helpful! Not like many others such as arms mart who act like you are a pain if you ask for help.
At great guns they also do not seem to try to show off how much they know at the same time belittling you as inexperienced. They treat their customers with respect.
