I reserved an item online on 10/25/17 in the morning. I got to this location at 5:25pm to pick it up. (same day). ....I entered the store. Right by the door the salesman was standing. He looked at me without greeting me. I greeted him with a polite "Good Afternoon". He looked at me again but did not return my greeting......I was thinking, perhaps he is a newer immigrant and shy of his English. Boy I was wrong......He went behind the counter and after minutes of silence he finally said a sentence. His English was perfect. So the only option left was: CARLOS - EMPLOYEE 91 - HAS SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEMS....... However Carlos BECOME POLITE when another man (obviously his superior) came to the front of the store from the back area.......CARLITO!!! YOU ARE A NAPA SALESMAN NOT A HOLLYWOOD ACTOR, SO DO NOT ACT AROUND AND LEARN HOW TO GREET CUSTOMERS AND LEARN TO RETURN GREETINGS. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR LIFE/JOB THEN CHANGE IT! PERHAPS JUST GO HOME AND LET OTHER PEOPLE TAKE YOUR POSITION THAT YOU HATE.........If anybody from NAPA upper management reads this: Carlos, employee 91, needs some reorientation OR just fire him and hire somebody with a proper attitude.
