Global Expo Housing

Global Expo Housing royally screwed my company over. First off, they got our business by wrongfully poaching off a large convention list of people, acting as the housing provider for the event. Along with that, they have an ABSURD cancellation policy. They told me that my hotel reservation would be processed in 24 hours--within that 24 hours, I asked to cancel it after finding out these deceitful people were trying to trick me into reserving a total of 6 rooms through them. They didn't respond for a couple of days and then told me that I would get a penalty. After a tug of war with them, and trying to release ourselves from their venomous grip, they had no mercy and continued to provoke us with the penalty. Even after I cancelled the reservation, they continued to ask me if I wanted to. Additionally, they were very hard to get a hold of, their customer service was some of the worst service I've ever experienced and they have no concept of business. I am truly disappointed and hope no one ever has to book through them. They should not be a company.
