Unfortunately we live in a society that anyone has the ability to communicate or hide behind a text. As a successful business we will not put these people down, neither Skylar Spake nor his father Kevin Spake, with their action in a public forum. I believe as an individual that this would not be showing them respect in any way or positively reflect on the character of ABS. We will just respond with this: we thought our relationship with the Spake family was a very strong and healthy relationship because of the multiple cars we have repaired at multiple times. With this repeat business from the Spake household we had hoped that any issues they had could be resolved in a more respectful manner. Roger Calhoun tried very hard to communicate with this customer and would still appreciate the opportunity to address any problem they might have.
We at Auto Body Solutions have serviced over 50,000 happy customers and we have been entrusted with working on vehicles with over a million dollar price tags. I only hope that the next shop that has to deal with these types of issues record the entire agreement and conversation. Perhaps the next shop can protect their business from similar allegations. I took my 2009 mustang gt to ABS for Body repair and a complete paint job. The work done on my car was excellent. It looks like a new car! IT took longer than expected but I was not in a hurry for it. JR HOOD was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend ABS to everyone.

Sent a car for a minor fender bender. After the consultation I was told the car would be done in about 5. I called on the day I was told and they told me it wasn’t quite ready and that I should have the car after that weekend. I waited until Tuesday to call and ask, and was then told they had not started on the car yet and it would be at least another week. Absolutely disappointed with the time schedule and lack of professionalism of the shop.

Auto was not a common color but after repairs and replacement of several parts, the color looks exactly like it did when new. Also charge was $200 below estimate.

I had concerns that the car I was purchasing may have been in a wreck and that there might be some serious damage, so I called ABS and spoke with Roger. He told me to come down and he would take a look at it for me. Roger was aware I was not going to require any repairs from him, I just wanted an opinion. He treated me very well and explained everything in detail. He never made me feel like I was taking up his time. In the end he gave me good news about the car and invited me back with my son who is very interested in the auto body repair business, and he would show him around the shop. I had a very good experience and will definitely bring my vehicles to ABS if I ever need body work done. Thank you again Roger. My son is looking forward to meeting you!

Do not give this business your money. We took our Mustang here to have a hood stripe put on. It took them four times and it still isn't completely right. One of the four times, they knocked a big chip of the clear coat off the hood and neglected to say anything about it until we pointed it out to them. For some reason, we decided to take our other car here to have hood pins installed. Jr Hood quoted us $75 for the installation (already high), and when we picked it up, he charged us $150! When I picked the car up, the pins had huge grooves in them already and the hood was bowed in to where the hood was a half inch below the fender on each side. Whoever washed the car before returning it was too incompetent to know how to close a hood and set the hood on top of the latch instead of latching it. It took all my weight to take the pins out on each side. The plates were also crooked and the pins were going in from front-to-back instead of side-to-side. When I called Jr Hood about the problem he was very belligerent. He was yelling and even threatened me. Then I notified the owner, Roger Calhoun. We met with him and he agreed to order us new stainless steel hood pin plates because the old ones were scratched and had grooves in them after only being on for less than a few hours. We took the car back to get the new pins put on. Jr Hood installed the new plates also, and no surprise, they came out crooked. I asked him if they were chrome or stainless steel. He replied "I don't know". Then I told him Roger Calhoun said they were supposed to be stainless steel and he replied "Oh, yeah they're stainless steel." This was a blatant lie, because within two days they have already started to rust. Jr Hood also never apologized for his childish and outlandish behavior. This is a terrible business with terrible management. We, and everyone we know, will never give this company our business again.

The service at ABS was very satisfactory, customer service was great, I could not ask for better service, The work on my car was completed on the time as scheduled, and was very clean.

I will recommend ABS to all of my friends and family.

I am quite impressed with the quality of workmanship that was done on the roof of my vehicle. I usually painted my vehicles myself before moving down to this state. I know how hard it is to blend a old color to match what is on your car with a new paint. ABS done an outstanding job on my car matching the color and blending it in to where you can't see where they stopped.



I have went to numerous paint shops around and all they would quote me for was a whole car paint job for around two grand. ABS gave me a quote that I couldn't pass up and finished with a high quality paint job.
