Colonnade Room

One of my worst experience from a business serving the public. Communication, hospitality, courtesy, professionalism and patience was not there to be able to give a good review and recommendation to friends and family. I should have listened to my friend when he said don't do business with her.

Great location and plenty of parking. The owners will work with your budget for an event you will be pleased with.

I highly recommend The Colonnade Room for any occasion celebration. My party and I had an amazing time. This is a very clean and organized facility. The staff was very accommodating to my needs and met them. I compared their pricing and found theirs the most reasonable. This place was decorated beautifully and it was everything I asked for and more. Furthermore, the food was spectacular and there was a comfortable atmosphere in the room. I experienced the best customer service ever and thoroughly enjoyed my celebration at The Colonnade Room. I must say, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I recently had a function and it is very affordable,the place is beautiful and the service was great. I will not hesitate to go back again.

Initially when you walk into the facility it has a unpleasant smell and it Is really out-of-date. The furniture is old and not to mention the dingy carpet. With the right touch the building can be spruced up and look nice for an event but we basically had to beg the owners to arrange the furniture to our liking. Speaking of the owners....The lady is Very rude. Her and her family stay at the facility during the event and come in and out of a side room while the event is going on as if they are guest. While they roam the scene they speak very rudely to guest. If your event is suppose to end at 12 they will cut the lights on and ask the dj to stop playing music 30 minutes early. The suggested police officer is also very rude.(don't hire him either) He yelled out loud to our guest " you don't have to leave but you have to get the hell out of here at 12'oclock on the dot. We were very unpleased with the service we received here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

As a person who both plans and attends many events, I must say that this experience led to my decision never to patronize or refer this event facility to a client or family member. The owners could use some training in customer service and appropriate ways to address and work with patrons. The kitchen and meal set up area was unsanitary. Guest were made to feel unwelcomed by the lurking owners. By the end of what should be a memorable night, the guest of honor was in tears and most guests left unsatisfied. Needless to say, I do not recommend.

The facility is beautiful, but the owners are rude and very unprofessional! They watched people like hawks and proceeded to walk around my party like they were guests. When confronted about their behavior, they yelled at my family and I. Please I repeat please don't rent this place, you will regret it!

the staff is very offensive and has POOR customer service!! They were very rude when i spoke with them and hug up on me while I provided feed back! Please do not provide this company with ANY service!
