C & E Appliance Service Center

I purchased a washer 7 months ago and it needed to be repaired. C & E repaired it and after one washing the drum dropped once agian. I scheduled an appointment and waited for them to show up. They did not, and when i called to find out why, the phone was answered by a machine that said they would call back between 24 and 48 hours. While this is along time i left a message and waited, they did not call back. I called the bussiness where i purchased the machine and they rescheduled with C&E agian. Once agian they did not show up. This has been a 4 week process at which we have spent 3 day sitting at home waiting for C&E to show up without them coming or calling to explain why. They are a horrible bussiness with no customer service skills whatsoever. I am now using a different repair company because i want nothing to do with this company or their poor quality work.
