This review is in response to Miss Becky D You have brought your little Yorky Kiki in three times July , September and December . In July she was matted we cut her short you didn’t mind it was hot , September she was growing out she just received a bath nails and earcleaning and face trim in December when she came back not only had she been wearing a harness but also a sweater which caused her entire body to be matted if she had been brushed on a regular basis this would not of happened or you would’ve noticed how badly she was matted. When you called and made the appointment you did not mention at that time that she was matted It was not until you arrived that it was discussed. No matter what Groomer you will go to they are not going to dematt the pet for free the normal Cost is $10 for every 15 minutes of course it took much longer than 15 minutes to get her mats out but we only charged $10 sorry that you were displeased with the cost I just can’t understand how people can buy a Yorky that is valued at anywhere from $800-$1200 but yet cannot pay the $40 fee every six weeks to have the dog groomed properly Not to mention the regular brushing that is needed When you grow the coat out over 2 inches long. Your husband mentioned in his review that you were quoted a price of $20 which is incorrect we do not have any service that is only $20 the basic bath price for a small pet ( Chihuahua or similar )with short hair is $25. That includes nails, earcleaning and FaceTrim if necessary

Don't hold to the prices they quote over the phone. The woman I dealt with charged me twice what I was quoted and then acted smart with me and unyielding about honoring what I was quoted, even though I told them over the phone that the dog had some matting (her hair was no longer than 2 inches and not curly). Won't be going back
