What a joke! They don't even abide by the national do not call list!!

These windows are good quality window. The tint is awesome and keeps the house cooler. The crew that put the windows in were very professional, did good work, and best of all they cleaned up after themselves. Curtis Van Ness was my salesman, he was very professional and low pressure.

The only regret I have is that I didn't replace all my windows upstairs. I hope to have them back next summer to replace the rest of the windows.

I am really happy with my purchase. I wish we would have done it sooner. We were visited by one of their reps, he told us we could sign up for the promotion if we want to the quoted price. My Wife and I weren't in the position to say yes at the time. The rep was fine with that, but let us know we may not be able to get the same price if we call back, as they only have a set amount of houses. We didn't believe him :( We called several other companies to get bids after meeting with your rep (Curtis)...We realized, he was being honest with us. The pricing he had quoted was great! We called him back and we weren't able to get the exact deal...but he still was very competitive. We are thrilled with the windows!

I purchased windows from American Remodeling, inc., they had been in our neighborhood looking for their model home. We thought it was a scam, but after about 2 hours of speaking with the Marketing rep we decided to go with them. Yes, we had to put a sign in our yard for 30 days, write a letter and take a couple of calls from prospective customers, but it seems worth it. The pricing was competitive with other energy efficient companies. It's been almost 2 years since we purchased the windows, we had an issue with one of the window not opening properly. I called them, they quickly walked me through the easy fix and offered to send someone out if we couldn't fix it over the phone. I am so pleased with my purchase.

We just had our windows installed. It all seemed to good to be true. We did sign up for the promotion that American Remodeling Offered, yes we did have to make a decision the same day to get the special pricing. I had priced windows out for almost a year, windows are expensive. Especially if you are looking at quality windows. I wasn't interested in have a "builder grade" or cheapie window. I have to say, I have no regrets. They showed up on time, install was professional, installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves....it was worth the money. I agree you have to do your diligence and I did. American Remodeling is a great company with a great product.

They came to my door selling windows and scheduled an "obligation free" consultation the next week. Well, my husband works unpredictable hours and I had to reschedule because the American Remodeling representative said we were both required to be present for the no-obligation consultation.



I then got a phonecall from another representative (the one who was actually going to come measure windows and give us a quote) and he said that if we weren't prepared to purchased the windows right there on the spot that we shouldn't waste his time. It didn't sound very obligation-free to me. Anyone who is smart isn't going to sign a check over to someone without getting competing quotes for the job. I'll take my business elsewhere

We just had our windows installed and they are amazing. I can already see a vast improvement in the way the house feels at night. It is a good feeling to be able to open and close the windows without struggling. Your installer, Chris, always kept us in the loop regarding the status of our windows. Even when one broke during shipment, he called to reschedule our installation date at least a week prior. They were very prompt and had all the windows installed and weatherproofed in one day. For that I am very thankful. Nobody likes to have their living quarters disrupted for more than a day. I am sure in the future the energy we save from the windows alone will be well worth it. Not to mention the value it will add to our house. Thank you for being honest and up front on your visit. At no time did we feel pressure to buy without cause.

I’m writing to let you know how much we like our new windows. The windows look really good, they fit great, and I was pleasantly surprised with some of the features – like the nighttime window stops.



I have particularly been impressed with your service. Truthfully, I was skeptical when someone from out of town came to my door selling siding and windows. After searching on-line to find that you have had no documented complaints from customers I felt comfortable enough to meet you and discuss your products. The more dealings we have had the more comfortable I get. Everything has happened in the timeframe you laid out.



Rich, our window installer, needs to be highlighted. He was efficient (less than one hour per window) and clean. Except for the new windows, it would have been hard to tell he was here at all if you hadn’t seen him. I noticed that as the first tools came in, so did a vacuum. I was appreciative that he took away our old windows. I wouldn’t have had a convenient way to take them to the landfill myself.

Purchased my 2nd phase if windows from American remodeling. The have been great to us! The warranty so far has been great. I've only needed 1 window fixed and they came right out.

I will never do business with them again. Can't get my calls returned and this is the 3rd month waiting for them to actually install the damn windows... if we wouldn't have already paid for our $20,000 windows i would tell them to get bent... wish we would have went with pella instead grrr

I never write reviews about companies, but I felt like I needed to. I bought windows from American Remodeling 5 years ago, I loved my marketing rep, But I loved the product even more....I had no idea what I was getting until now! I just called for a cracked window, I spoke with their service rep Deanne, she was so accommodating. With in 5 mins, she called back with the confirmation of the re-ordered window and they will be out in a 2 weeks to replace the window! These windows have been great in the ever changing Colorado weather, I have saved 50% on my electric bill in the summer...and my new couch isn't bleached from the sun!!! I highly recommend contacting American Remodeling if you are in the market for new windows!!!

Our windows were replaced on August 21, 2013 and turned out great! There were two major differences that I noticed immediately. The first being how bright our living room, kitchen, and our daughter’s room is now with the new windows. The second being how quiet it is inside of our house. The city recently placed gravel in front of our house to fix the road and before we could hear every vehicle drive by and now I have to listen to tell if there is a vehicle driving by.

I also wanted to let you know the gentlemen that put the windows in were very polite, helpful, and answered all of the questions I had. They also did a thorough walk through of how the windows work. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They also did a very good job in cleaning up after themselves. I was very impressed!

Unfortunately American Remodeling does not warranty the frame of the window itself; only the glass. During this last hail storm; the only damage I received was to the frame, I called for repairs and was treated rudely and ultimately no one was even scheduled to come to take a look at the 2 window frames broken. I have now called another window company and will do so in the future. I do not recommend this company they will not stand behind their products of windows they sell.
