Highlands Ranch Collision Center

Long story short, a man backed into my car while I was at work. So I went here to get an estimate for the damage. My car was hit just right to the point where I couldn't open my driver side door, so I had to climb through the passenger side to get into the car. The first man that came out to look was nice, but when he had me go inside to wait he went into the garage to get some help. The man that followed him out started laughing, which wasn't professional at all, I was completely disgusted. The only reason I hung around was they were willing to adjust my door so I could open it, free of charge. The only reason they are getting two stars is because the first man was so nice and because they didn't charge me for the door adjustment. I will not be going back.
