I visit your stores quite often and usually I have a great experience, but today Tuesday December 23, 2008 I was not pleased. I visited this store in order to purchase some light bulbs, corn and (vacuum cleaner bags). After searching up and down the aisles for the bags, I asked one of the female associates African American could she tell me where the bags were located she pointed to an aisle and said they are down their, I told her that I had looked down this aisle 2x but maybe I missed them. She asked a co-worker female as well and she said it's down their somewhere. I proceeded to look down that aisle for the 3rd time and still did not find the bags. I became frustrated and then took everything back that I had purchased and left the store. This prompted me to write this review. I think that the associate should have shown me where the product that I was looking for was located, especially after I told them that I had already been down that aisle. I really would like to be a secret shopper for your company, informing you how well your company and employees are doing. In this economy I think that every business needs to be monitored by everyday people.
