While the tech was prompt and actually earlier than the time frame I had originally been given. And the work was completed quickly and professionally. The initial conversation on the phone lead me to believe that the $55 fee for them to come out would be waved if we had work done. In the end there was a charge on the bill, and a subsequent credit on the bill, but the original charge to my credit card was never credited. Lastly, when I have work done, I like to deal with local businesses when I can. The address and phone number were local, but the tech and bill were from a different company all together. If I wanted to deal with an anonymous corporation, I would have called Sears. All in all I feel as though I am the victim of a bait and switch!
