Hurricane Bay Car Wash

Avoid this car wash unless you like the smell of swamp water. I took my brand new car through their wash and selected the 2nd highest price option ($13), which removed the dusty water spots from a light rain, but left my car smelling like swamp water.



A week later I returned in hopes that it would be fixed, but it left my interior smelling even worse. The black mold all over the interior of the car wash should've been a red flag. I went in to inform one of the two employees and he admitted they had just put a cleaner into the filtration system and it takes a few days to work. Wasn't offered a coupon or refund. I didn't bother to tell him it was the 2nd occurrence. I won't be back. Ever.

This carwash ripped my rear wiper off my car because the guy didn't tape it down. It also left soap all over my vehicle. The manager claims its my fault saying I drove into the carwash which is totally false. Didn't offer to make anything right. Told him I'd see him in court and he said he'll show up with his attorney. What a jerk!

Had some damage to our car that they admitted fault to but still took 2 months and certified letters threatening legal action before they agreed to pay for repairs ($800+). Other than that, the wash itself is good.

This washhas resently been under new management the old manager didn't care about customer service or anyone but his self but this new guy Is all different completely satisfied

I've been with this wash since day one the old owner didn't care about the wash or the appearance of the car well I'm one of the clean clubs members which is not as expensive I pay $39.99 a month for unlimited washes and since new management the wash has improved all new equipment my car has never been this clean I will recommend this was to everyone I know this wash is way better then Mr clean and the wash in Monroe Mr clean staff steals out of there details this wash will always have mine and my friends business

I was going thru and asked the gentelmen if he was going to clean the front and rear of the car with a brush to help clean the corners of the windows and he responded " We are not the same company as the one in Snellville we don't do that here".

I recently went to this car wash after a trip to florida. I had several bugs on the front of my car, I asked if they could use a brush on the front before I went through. This was on 9/19/07 at about 6 pm. The young man that assisted me used a pressure type wash gun. I went through and I didn't check it. Saturday morning when I finally got a day off I noticed that some of the bugs were still there. I returned to the wash to asked if my car can run thru again and the manager said no, that I waited to long I would have to pay again. (2 1/2 days) My first chance I could...I won't return. They just lost a good customer, for lousy customer service, $9.99 or forever a loss. They went with the wrong answer. I also will tell as many people as I can.
