Bad phone etiquette and gave me the wrong information regarding a part.

after calling for m part i agree with first reviewer; hector apparently needs a course on phone etiquette as well...this business has been around since 1946 so something must be right. i had already gone to the westchester store (they did not have part -my old neighborhood) but this store is now much closer to me. hector told me to bring in vacuum :( ...i brought part and model # with me and was satisfied customer.

Actually this was not my 1st time coming to this business. Very disappointed with the service & business practice, especially when it was from the manager Hector. I was given the wrong part, and told was told to pay for incomplete services. When I asked to speak to the owner my friend and I were told to leave by the manager. I would NEVER recommend this place, not even to my enemy. Went to Tanner's vacuum repair in Westchester and received the utmost service. Thanks for nothing.
