Brotman Auto Body

I took my car to Brotman's because my insurance recommended it after a hit and run. BIG MISTAKE. After about a month they finally gave it back. I picked it up and noticed my gas gage was on empty(I had filled up my tank right before my car ended up in their possession), one of my back lights was out(it was working when I took the car in), and the lights on my dash were completely out. They said to bring it the next day because they were closing. That afternoon I was on the freeway and as I stepped on the breaks on an incline, my breaks went out, the tire(coincidentally on the side they fixed) blew out,and because of this the car fell on that side and the fender broke. I took the car back to them and although they didn't accept fault, they did pay the 2nd deductible. They had the car for about another month and when they returned it I asked if they could pop the hood open just to take a look. My battery was loose because they forgot to put the plastic case that goes around it back on.

I had to get rid of that car because it just didn't feel safe and it cost too much to repair the damage Brotman's had done.
