This eros tours is a great company, I have been buying tickets here for awhile now, and i like it a lot. THey have cheaper prices to most destinations comparing to other websites, but i am giving this company 4 stars just because of the customer support. Its ok i just wish the process was a bit faster. Overall it's the price of the airfare that matters which they give you the best fare they can.

I am a first time user, and had never heard about this website before and I was really impressed because the website was easy to navigate and the fares where also very affordable. I was comparing prices and I saved $85 on my ticket, i was comparing with priceline and expedia usually the ones i use when i am traveling but now i think ill start using this website. i also like that they are honest if they do not have a cheap fare for some destination then they told me right away instead of making something up.

Looking at the reviews it's quite obvious that they are all fake. This company has one of the worst customer service that I have ever come across. I called the number on the website with a complaint that I am not able to retrieve my booking using the booking id they gave me. A lady picked up the call and she was so blatantly rude. I asked her to check if she can retrieve my booking from the website she says she has no time to do so and also says "Oh my god! why don't you believe us when I said your booking is confirmed". This is the most unprofessional customer service in the world. I will never buy tickets again from this website again and will also advice my friends against buying tickets from them. This is the most unprofessional way to handle customers who paid you money.

I have used this site many times in the past 3 years. My mom was ill and Sam was always able to help me with last minute tickets, as well as last minute changes, so I could fly to be with family. He is very easy and pleasant to work with and even lent a compassionate ear to my story. This company makes booking a trip a streamlined, painless experience, and the fact that you can always talk with a real person makes it that much more of a standout. I searched the flights and the dates and the prices where really cheap! i wanted the prices to be more cheaper so i called them up to make sure if this is true or not because i have been checking on all websites and i am unable to find a low airfare except this one. I called them up and mike picked up he understood what i was going through and spent the time on me so i can get a cheaper price or the the same cheap price that they had. mike and adam spent their time and got me the cheapest tickets they can possible get me. This site is the best site i have ever been too! I wanted to go to India from Atlanta. My mom lives in India with my other family members and she became ill i guess because it is kind of cold their and people tend to get sick in the cold weather and she is 65 years old. I wanted to go meet her immediately because i didn't want anything to happen to her and if something did i wanted to be their. I searched all flights and airlines but the prices were coming to about $1700 which is too much for my budget. i searched and searched all airline websites and also some other travel agent websites but the prices were similar. I some how landed on eros tours and travel website airtkt and searched my flights so i can atleast see what they have to offer. I saw a flight for $1150 from American Airlines and i called them up to make sure if it is the actual price. I called them up and they said if you see it book it immediately because it might not be their after awhile someone else my take up the seats so i booked it and it was great! i saved about $400-500 or more. I would like to thank this company for understanding my situation they were very nice and patient with me. Thank YOU!

I was searching online for a long time to find cheap tickets for international travel. I wanted to go to India actually. New Delhi would be the city and I searched and searched many websites and also looked up fares online with airlines, but at the end of the day I was unable to afford any of the fares I saw online. I think I spent about half a day searching for the cheap tickets that is affordable to my budget and not have to spend too much time at the airport and all. I searched more thinking why should I give up and I stumbled upon Airtkt. The name interested me because I am Indian and it sounds amazing also. I put in my destination and all the information time, date, etc. And searched my flights the flights were really cheap! About $1000. I guess God just bestowed his love upon me or something that I found this cheap ticket. Then for a second I was wandering if something is fishy because nobody else is selling the same destination ticket for a really low airfare and I called them up. I was talking to some representative and told me that everything is secure and if you see the fare book it because I might not see it again and I booked it! I saved so much money! Its really cool and I would like to THANK YOU! I just wanted to tell my story to people so you don’t have to waste your time looking at other sites rather you can just go to this site and book your tickets! I had to leave to atlanta at a last minute flight because of someones death in the family. So I quickly rushed to the airport for the next flight and when i reached the airport the ticket counter. The price was for $500! Even though i was in a rush that is a lot of money to travel 2-3 hours. I used my laptop to seach cheap flights to Atlanta and this website Cheapfareguru.com popped up which I had never used before. I checked into their website and the same fare was for $250. I was surprised and i thought it might unreal. I booked the flight and they called me after couple of mins and took care of everything. The next thing i know is that I saved $250! on my ticket where as all the other passangers probably paid around $500. Thank You for saving me a lot of money!

By far the best travel agent site I've ever gone too! This site is amazing the customer service they are very respectful and very patient with their customers. They have low prices on destinations which i really like. Money matters to me and it does to everyone. I saved $300 on my destination using Eros Tours and Travel. It is an immediate book a flight and go type of a situation because they say the cheap fares do not last long they sell out of them pretty quickly. Thank you Sunny!

This site is by fare the best site i have been too! I know that this isnt a very familiar company and it is small but its very secure. I couldnt believe that this site has low cheap airfare! I save $150 dollars on my ticket! thank you.
