(Plantains) a delicious relative of banana plant. (Pilli Pilli Sauce) A traditional West African pepper sauce, onions mixed with pilli pilli and served with appetizers as a dip.

Shrimp with Pilli Pilli sauce and Yam Balls. (Yam Balls) Ghanian speciality consisting of mashed yams with nutmeg seasoning, rolled in bread crumbs and fried.

A combination of three items from the following items: "Vegetable Alicha", "Collard Greens", "Lentils", "Split-peas Alicha".

Steamed split-peas with onions seasoned with garlic & ginger.

Split lentil in red pepper sauce, seasoned with assorted spices.

Includes prom each of the following items: Akara, Plantains, Lamb Cake, shrimp, fish cake, kelewele & jojo meat ball suggested for couple.
