Tatsu's iconic taste started with recipes that .ange. created in her home kitchen and was perfected by ramen experts, who flew in from Japan, through the customization of personal tastes and preferences. Meat lover, vegan, and gluten-free foodies can now happily enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen side by side.
