        Overall

        I called to ask about undercoating, and the guy that answered the phone very rudely said "we don't do undercoating." When I asked him if he knew of any local shops that did, he hung up on me.



        It clearly says in this profile that undercoating is a service that they offer. So, false advertising on top of bad customer service.
