Lowell Used Auto Sales

I bought a Vehicle, from Lowell Used Auto, this past January and have had problems with it from day one, at first they seemed to handle the problem okay, but once they found out it would cost them money, they did a cheap fix, to get me out of the 60 day lemon law period, I'm now stuck with a junk vehicle which needs thousands of dollars worth of work. This vehicle has spent more time in the shop then not. I do not recommend doing any business with them, they are shady and only look out for their best interest, not their customers.

Bought a Corollar 1997. After a week the break failed to work and I hit the car to the wall of a store to stop it! What a nightmare! I threatened to follow a lawsuit and the guy had to turn my money back!

Bought a used car there, it died on the highway after 20 min, got towed back to dealer, repair took forever. After I got it back, it failed the State Inspection, so I had to bring it back again. And again, the repair took forever. Owner of the business could not be contacted at the time of the second repair. Car got passed on to shops in the neighborhood.After the warranty expired, the car had to be repaired 3 more times so far (in 5 months!). $1650 repair cost in total. The independent mechanic that I went to said car is not nearly worth the $4000 I paid for it, because it had parts that did not match and were installed amateurishly. Or parts should be at a dump rather than in a car.We had to show the dealer the law in writing to get a warranty in the first place!!! Don't go there, if you depend on a car to go to work. It will be in the shop every other month.
