        they were unable to provide me with a pair of glasses with the correct prescription even after 3 visits. They went through 2 tries of progressive lenses, couldn't get the mid section to satisfy my vision, so that I was unable to see the computer (something I do a lot of at work). I eventually told them to change them to reading glasses, so now I can see the computer but nothing else.
