        I was looking for a termite inspection ASAP because my subfloor had been removed for renovation that day. . I called quite a few places and only got answering machines or promises for a callback. Bug Off answered in person, congenially, and came out the same day. He then referred me to another company for treatment (since he was booked) and didn’t charge me because “I like to treat people the way I want to be treated.” If you’re looking for a company you can trust, try Bug Off!

        Great company and excellent service provided by Allen Thompson, super nice man I called him he was minutes from my home, came right over and started to work on my Bee infestation they had gotten into the basement wall through the cut out on the heat pump and were coming inside the basement, it was a huge nesting of yellow jackets, he got started right away to take care of them. he did not have the actual chemical he really needed with him as I called him spur of the moment. Even though having a personal tragedy in his family cared enough to come back out to my home and finish the job and did it very well. Bee's were all gone and dead in minutes. Service like this is so rare today, it actually for me does not happen but with BUG OFF Allen made it happen. Super company and super fellow. My highest recommendation to Bug off and to Allen who knows how to run a company. This is excellent service. No one else would have done what he did. I was Blown away. thank you so much Allen for everything. sincerely Mark Staton
