The staff and Dr. Dixon are very professional but they go the extra mile and put in the bed side manners. Our kitty fell and we thought he broke his leg. Dr. Dixon worked after hours to help. She diagnosed a spinal injury and guided us through the whole ordeal. She was unbelievably fair with her charge. We are grateful and will always trust her medical advise and billing. She has a natural understanding and kindness towards her animal patients.

Hands down horrible place to take your animals. Was brought into the back because my animal was operated on while I was out of town with out being notified. Yes they opened up my dog performed surgery and never even called me. The surgey it turns out was not needed. When we got to the back the "surgery room" was nasty, there was a sharps box that was over flowing with needles and had blood covering it in the floor, and worst of all was a dead animal in a trash bag that must have been sitting there for sometime. The visit cost me an arm and a leg and I will never go back.

I have wanted to take my pup to a different vet for a while now - just don't think the customer service is the best. So I go to get all my pup's records and they have LOST THEM. How about that for customer service. I am now going through a lot trying to figure out when she got her shots, medication, etc.. So the new vet doesn't make a mistake! If you love your fur baby, please save yourself the headache and take them somewhere else.

Our dog topaz was so sick, thought he might have parvo, took him to seven hills no recovery at all, went to diamond Hill the Dr looked at him and asked me if he was the type of dog that ate things, yes he was, she said she wanted to do an xray, she did one, there was obviously something in there, she did surgery on him that night, he came home today, he is getting back to normal! I love her and her staff is great also, I recommend her to you all, she saved his life! Thank you Dr Dixon, we will never use anyone else and you are the best!

Dr. Dixon is the kind of person that should be a doctor. Her and the nurses here saved my babies life yesterday. Without them i would have lost my best friend. There's no way for me to truely express my gratiuide!

Thank god for vets like the ones at Diamond Hill animal clinic, Dr Strozum and Dr Dixon are the best around, this ordeal has almost been to much to bear, but the vets at Diamond Hill have made it much easier. They have given my little guy the best care and have done it at a very reasonable rate. You can tell they care very deeply for their patients and the human companions.The clinic is clean and odor free. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I know they are tired of my voice(called 4 times a day) but they always spoke to me kindly and understood my concern. I am very grateful for them.
