        I took my wife's car in for an oil change that seemed to go fine. Took it home. Car was not driven until the next evening (July 4th) when we went to dinner before her night shift. When I got home, I found oil on the driveway where her car sits. I end up doing another oil change in the parking lot of her work that evening and fine the problem is that there was no gasket on the oil filter. The shop refuses to refund me because I did not have them correct the problem. The corporate phone number on the paperwork just dumps me to a voicemail box that does not even confirm who I'm calling. Avoid this shop at all costs.
