They sold my wife a 2003 Ford explorer with 80,000 miles told her the sludge from the engine was from it setting up . Then when I looked it over the motor was ready to blow it had electrical issues and abs light come on and they told her to just drive it until the engine blows up it's under warranty per Chris the manager. And they would put another engine in it then the screw that keeps the steering wheel from falling in your lap was broke so the steering wheel wasn't stable nor safe and then the antifreeze was just magically disappearing. So all this just to say we got screwed out of 800 dollars down payment and nothing . We was told he would give us another vehicle this past Friday we haven't heard anything and it's Monday . All they want is money and to screw over people I hope that they get shut down needlessly to say last night while driving the thing died in the cold and nobody to call in the cold please people don't take your hard earned money there and put you and your kids lives in their lemons

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!! THEY SELL JUNK!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! THEY TAKE UR MONEY AND THEN TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT URSELF THROUGH THE TROUBLE!! THEY ARE THE WORST BUISNESS EVER!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I selected 1 star only because I had to. The WORST place to ever do business. The employees are rude and they lie to cover themselves. They claimed they report to credit bureaus...they do not. You have balloon payments that they set you up for based on your tax returns being back on the 1st of February, which anyone with half a brain knows is impossible and then they hit you with late fees. Their General Manager is never in the office and has no business skills what so ever. If I hadn't been so desperate I would have NEVER gone in there. So don't do it, public transportation would be better than dealing with these people. So with that said put a negative star for this review.
